The Nordic theme is the leitmotif running through Formex’s trend restaurant. A lovely and saturated colour scheme is combined with intriguing accents into a harmonious completeness. The opportunity to combine food and inspiration in the same space feels especially rewarding as ther’s such owerwhelming interest in food right now and it’s such a hot topic,” notes Jan Rundgren, the designer behind the trend restaurang in Hall B.
“I’ve chosen to mainly show trends relating to food and the set table, a product group that’s expanded rapidly in recent years. Food and products are cleverly selected to anhance the “Nordic Essence” theme. Mässrestauranger’s talented chef Tomas Andreasson has created exiting and inspiring dishes, and guests are free to choose fantastic accompaniments from a resplendent harvest table. Needless to say, all the produce is organic and locally sourced. “The ‘from farm to fork’ perspective has inspired our work – it’s an excellent fit for the season and the fall theme.”
