Towards a more sustainable restaurant industry

We strive to make a difference and are eager to share our journey toward a more sustainable future. For us, sustainability is not just a buzzword – it is a holistic perspective that guides everything we do. We believe in full transparency and work actively to engage both our employees and our guests in our sustainability efforts.

This includes everything from the products we source to the dishes we serve and the cleaning agents we use. For us, sustainability is an ongoing journey – and we are open about where we stand along the way.

Mässrestauranger is a Nordic Swan Ecolabel-certified restaurant

This means that we meet high standards in environmental responsibility and sustainability throughout our entire business.

We serve more sustainable food — offering more vegetarian options, using more locally sourced ingredients, and avoiding red-listed fish species. We actively work to reduce food waste and sort waste responsibly. We use resources more efficiently, such as water and energy. We require eco-labelled chemicals and ensure that all other purchases are better for both the environment and human health. 20% of all food and beverages we purchase are organic.

We believe that sustainability begins with conscious choices. By choosing eco-labeled ingredients, working with carefully selected suppliers, and preparing our food from scratch, we aim to contribute to a greener future. It takes courage, determination – and a strong belief that good food can also do good.

  • Nordbygg 2026

    Under fyra intensiva dagar samlades bygg- och fastighetsbranschen från hela Europa för att nätverka, inspireras och diskutera framtidens lösningar.
  • Med smak av våren

    I mars fylls huset av inspiration när Allt för Sjön och Nordiska Trädgårdar slår upp portarna. Under mässdagarna dukar vi upp med vårens smaker på tallriken: gröna inslag, lättare rätter och fika som speglar säsongens första spirande energi.
  • Hundar och gaming

    Vi avrundar 2025 med mat och dryck till såväl hundägare som e-sport fantaster. Under Dreamhack i slutet på november är det premiär för dygnet runt öppna serveringar för de LAN-gäster som bor över på Stockholmsmässan.
  • Long-term sustainability

    At Mässrestauranger, sustainability is a natural part of our operations. All our restaurants are certified by KRAV and/or the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, and we choose our suppliers with care – preferably Swedish and local producers.
