Organic focus at MalmöMässanEnjoy local FLAVOURS FROM LOCAL PRODUCE
Our ambition is to treat all MalmöMässan’s visitors to a tasteful and energizing break in an inspiring setting. With Daniel Pembert as our culinary creative leader we can guarantee a food experience out of the ordinary. Daniel is an award-winning chef, Swedish Chef of The Year semi-finalist in 2014 and member of the successful Skåne Culinary Team, winning a gold in World Cup 2014. Our focus lies on serving tasty food with high quality with flavours from the Skanish cuisine. We work closely with local farmers and growers to ensure a supply of high quality produce. Our pork is provided by Olinge Utegrisar, where the pigs are bred in the surroundings of Wanås castle and the beautiful peninsula of Bjäre is home to Bjärefågel where we buy our chickens. Roosters are bred by Tockafarmaren close to Lund.

Forest: Inspirerad by the beautiful beech forests of Skåne
Forest is a modern restaurant situated adjacent to the exhibition hall. During fairs, visitors are welcome to enjoy a coffee in the cafeteria or a tasty lunch served from the open kitchen in the restaurant area. The dishes are prepared by our chefs à la minute in front of the guest. Forest can be booked for events such as fancy dinners and conference lunches.
Cloud: Join us among the clouds
Cloud is a restaurant and function room offering many possibilities. It is a spectacular space on the first floor, seating up to 450 guests in an area that is designed to flexibly fit all sorts of events such as conferences, buffet lunches or seated dinners. Cloud is perfect for both smaller and larger gatherings and can be adjusted accordingly. It is situated next to MalmöMässan’s large conference area.
